Are onlines schools good for a Nursing degree?

I want to go back to school preferably in the Health care field. I felt that Health care management would be a good area but with the Nursing shortage I now feel that would be better for me since I love anything health related as well as helping people. I was in Nursing when I first went to college but being a single parent, young and just loosing my mother deterred my goals. I realize that it's not an easy field and I would be returning to school much older but it's my goal to get my degree and dream to get my masters, I love health care. What online schools are good and please don't refer me to Phoenix University; very bad experience with that school.
