How to obtain a concealed (knife) weapon permit in Montreal Quebec?

Hey im an 18 year old guy that collects swords and knives and such and recently ive been purchasing daggers and i found a knife that i really like ive been caring it on me to use for daily work needs and such and im pretty sure its illegal to just carry a knife duh so i was wondering how i go about making it so i can carry my new beloved item? any information would be grateful just dont tell me to go to the police dep cause thats the obvious . im looking for another way an easier way if u will aka online or such?
