What is the iest tattoo a man can get, and where?

Ok here is the deal. I love tattoos and I have a couple of Small ones already. Now my question for the ladies is what do you think is the iest tattoo, and where do you really like to see it. I mean there are mean tattoos, and biker tattoos, and crosses, ETC and they range from the face to the feet. So my question is does a tattoo on the arm turn you on more than one on the neck, and is a tattoo of a skull more of a turn on then say barbed wire. Please give me your opinions
