AIDS status in Europe ?

this might seem like an odd topic, but i was wondering what is Europe's status in AIDS. Do they have more or less problems with AIDS than America? What are the Statistic concerning AIDS. Just give me all in the Info you can on this please. :) oh! an also. are they aware of the big issues with STD's. i just want to know if they look out for this kind of stuff as much as Americans now a days do.
