Can the Advent SE1101 computer play recent games?

Considering its single core Sempron and Nvidia integrated graphics, it can play Call of Duty at lowest setting and low resolution (unexciting really). But simply installing a decent graphics card like a Radeon HD 5570 would turn that PC more exciting.
