Fear of judgment day please help!!?

I just saw harold camping's doomsday prediction mentioned on the news and people seemed to actually believe it. he says that the judgment day will be on may 21st and that the world will end on october 21st. May 21st is now less than a week from now and I am not ready to leave the world that soon. This is extremely disturbing as I cannot find definite proof that it won't happen. Please help me get over my fear of judgment day and the world ending.
