How should your running shoes fit for track runners?
This is my second year running track and yes it is important to lace and unlace as you take them off and put them back on. When she slips them on and off they are loose enough to get her entire foot out. and when they are loose they are uncomfortable to run in. They need to be tight, but not too tight. she shouldn't be able to just slip her feet out of the shoes. My coaches once were telling us about how important it is to tie your shoes when you put them on. not just slip them on and go. untie them when she takes them off and tie them again when she has them on so they are nice and fit. (:
