Is thier any military branch weather its in America or another country that allows facal hair or long hair?

I was just wondering if any other country's allowed their troopers to grow beards or have long hair for men? I've heard that US troops that our spec opps are allowed to grow out breads and their hair due to they need to blend in but do any other country's allow long hair or beards for man are not spec opps?
