Men, what do you think?

My guy friend and I are both in college, and I am best friends with his (gay) brother. We all hang out during the summers and get along great, and my guy friend has started confiding in me about everything from schoolwork to him feeling down or sad. He even tells me he cant find the right girl and the ones he likes are taken or he feels like he has no confidence to go after them. He texts me allll the time, and emails me/IMS all the time. To be honest, he is a great guy but I am feeling annoyed over this now. We have been talking in depth like we are dating! I understand maybe he wants someone to confide in, but at times I feel signs of flirting, and then other signs of "i need a girl". What is going on, and does he like me more than a friend?
