What is the very best method for BOTH isolating AND EXTRACTING pure DNA from any living sample (fruit, etc.)?

I don't know what the best method is ( i have only used DNeasy kits by Qiagen and the chilled alcohol technique). However dried DNA can be reconsitutied and used for some needs.
