Will The Times Picayune "Amen" Super Bowl 44 issue be worth anything in a few years?

There's your problem. They aren't likely to go up in value much because everyone figures them for collectibles, and buys a dozen or so. Years ago, nobody realized that a comic book or a baseball card might be worth thousands of dollars They used them up, they threw them out, only a few survived, and that's why they're worth all that money. These days any potential collectible, whether it's a Happy Meal toy or a commerative soft drink can, is eagerly bought up by hundreds or thousands of "collectors" who put it away and wait for it to turn to gold. And 15 years later they check on eBay and learn that their Flintstones Happy Meal figures are still only worth a dollar.
